Booking procedure

Non-members will use the front screen Members will need to register for an online account – click HERE to register. Members will need to Login first using registered Email address and password

✓ Click – ‘Activities’ for swimming, spa’s, squash, badminton,
✓ Click – ‘Sessions’ for gym and group classes.
✓ Choose your centre
✓ Choose your activity/session
✓ Choose your date
✓ Click search (don’t use the arrow if there is one – click on the word)
✓ Choose the session you want and tick the box
✓ Add to basket
✓ Click confirm (again-not the arrow) – non members will be diverted to payment Go to ‘My Account’, to view or cancel bookings (members only)

You will also receive a confirmation email

Cancellation Procedure

Non-members and Members who have paid for an activity session have up to 1 hour to cancel or amend the booking without losing the payment. You will NOT be entitled to a refund or transfer after the booking if it is within 1 hour of the start time

Non-member cancellation

You will need your payment card ready if requiring a refund, if possible, please have your receipt number to hand

Online Member Cancellation

Members have up to 1 hour to cancel the booking or a late cancellation fee will be applied, and your membership automatically suspended. Late cancellation charges are as
Swimming – Family Fun £15.00 – other categories £3.40, all other activities including group classes £5.50
Login to your account online
✓Go to ‘My account’
✓Go to ‘My bookings’
Here you will find all your bookings with the option to cancel the session.
You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation
