Until the 26th September there a FREE classes running in the community open spaces

Classes are run by a qualified teacher on a Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Yoga – Wednesday 10am-11am @ St Gregory’s Open Space Boot Camp – Wednesday 3pm-4pm @ Penn Green Stretch & Tone -Thursday 9.45-10.45am @ Gravesend Promenade Tai Chi – Friday 11am-12noon @ Woodlands Park

Free walking group leaving from Cascades . Walks take between 60 and 90 minutes Over 16’s only (sorry no pets or pushchairs)

Free Swim Sessions

Free swimming is available at Cascades for Sportslink Members they can also bring a carer FOC. These are public sessions, the waves run but the flumes are closed. Sportslink Membership price can be found here

A circuit based class run by a qualified instructor for people with Multiple Sclerosis, their partners and carers. £3.00

Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation, classes run especially for those suffering with heart problems or recovering from a heart attack. Ask reception for details prior to attendance

A class suited to those with a physical impairment that require exercises in a sitting position and those who find strenuous exercise too demanding

Good Boost Water Wellbeing

Good Boost is Health Care Professional referral scheme. It is an app-based therapeutic water exercise programme. Designed specifically for people with limited mobility and musculoskeletal conditions.
