Aerobic Tone
A ‘classic’ aerobics class, with easy to follow choreography and additional strength work for a full-body workout
Barbell Express
30 minutes of Barbell strength exercises, with a short warm-up, cool-down and stretch
Body Bar Pilates
Pilates with the optional use of a body bar, to increase core muscle strength and tone, postural control and flexibility

After a lively warm-up, a class concentrating on toning exercises for total body conditioning. The use of weights or weighted bars and resistance-bands are an optional extra
Chair Fit
A class suited to those with a physical impairment that require exercises in a sitting position and those who find strenuous exercise too demanding
