Cascades gym is set over 2 floors – the top floor features a large functional area with a variety of equipment including Vipers, Battle Ropes, Powerbags, medicine balls and more

There is a wide range of equipment on both floors with plate-loaded weight machines and cardio equipment including Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Stair Masters, Rowing Machines and Bikes

The downstairs free weight area has a selection of free-weights and static weight machines and dumbbells up to 50kg – this is for members age 16+ only

Cygnet gym is split into 4 training zones – A cardio suite on the ground floor which is connected to a Functional area with a variety of equipment

Upstairs you will find the fixed weight machines and rowers. Across a small corridor you will find the Strength Zone , Smith Machine, Olympic rack, bars and Dumbbells (up to 50Kg)

Swanscombe gym is divided into 2 distinctive areas – cardio and plate-loaded weights and a free weights area. The upstairs studio can be used for functional training when free. The gym features Tanita Scales which can analyse your body makeup – do this monthly and see the impact your workouts are having on your body

The cardio suite is available for customers age 11+, age 14 for fixed weights area and 16+ for free-weights
