You can also use this form to cancel your membership, if you are in a 12 month contract please ensure your 12 payments have been received by us. Due to data protection we are only able to communicate with the member (this includes Fit Kids). It is the responsibility of the member to cancel their direct debit with the bank. Please be aware we DO NOT accept phone cancellations
