Cygnet is a 25 metre pool, has a shallow teaching area with small slide and a diving pit. We also have our Lighthouse Aqua Run available during the holidays and Saturdays, which can also be hired privately (see enquiry form below).

Deep to deep swimming is across the deep end of the pool and the diving pit.

Our Lighthouse Aqua Run is a fun inflatable obstacle course available on a Saturday during term times and at various times during the school holidays. The Aqua Run can also be hired privately for a maximum of 40 people age 5+, children age 5-7 years must be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 basis on a Saturday for £250.00 for the hour (includes 15 minute induction).

Lighthouse Aqua Run

• Minimum age 5 years
• 5-7 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult to accompany on the Aqua Run
• All Swimmers are required to wear a lifejacket
• T-shirt under the lifejacket are recommended
• Swimmer will need to remove all jewellery & spectacles.
• Goggles are NOT permitted
• The Aqua run will be wet and therefore you may slip, please accept you may fall into the water.
• The Aqua Run is unstable and is on a moving surface therefore legs and arms may be subject to unexpected movements, with this in mind expect to fall into the water.
• Do not swim under the Aqua Run
• If you fall off the aqua run swim to the nearest steps and re-joint the queue to start again, do not attempt to get back on the aqua Run, unless you’re by the designated slide steps.
• All Swimmers will have to view the 5-minute safety video.
• No thongs or denim cutdowns allowed
• No admittance to the Aqua Run will be granted after the safety video has been shown at the start time. No refunds will be granted to latecomers.
• If you have a medical condition which may affect your ability to take part in an activity or could be worsened by taking part in an activity, then advice should be sought from your doctor, and you must advise us prior to taking part in the activity.
