This class includes a variety of aerobic and conditioning exercises, to benefit all round fitness, especially designed for more senior members

Barbell strength exercises, with a warm-up, cool-down and stretch
Body Tone
After a lively warm-up, a class concentrating on toning exercises for total body conditioning. The use of weights or weighted bars and resistance-bands are an optional extra

30 minutes of strength training using a variety of weighted studio equipment, with a short warm-up. cool-down and stretch.
Total Body Blitz
A whole body toning and conditioning class, using weights, steps and kettlebells

Yoga
Performing Yoga poses and breathing techniques concentrates on improving circulation and stimulating the internal organs which can result in better general health. Working on flexibility and relaxation, Yoga is suitable for all levels of fitness
