The gym is split into 4 training zones – A cardio suite on the ground floor which is connected to a Functional area with a variety of equipment

Upstairs you will find the fixed weight machines and rowers. Across a small corridor you will find the Strength Zone , Smith Machine, olympic rack, bars and Dumbbells (up to 50Kg)

New or existing full members can book a 30 minute slot with a Fitness Instructor, via this website.
