|Once you have reset your password, you will be able to access the parent portal by entering the email address and new password.
You should see a list of all members attached to the same email address. At this point, if there are any old memberships you wish to remove from the account you can do so.
At the top of the screen are two options – ‘Home’ and ‘Course Bookings’ – You will need to click on the ‘Home’ option and this will bring you to the Parent Portal Dashboard
You will see the following options on the dashboard:
|My Emergency Contacts – to be completed with up to 4 emergency contacts
My Enrolled Courses – shows the lessons you are currently booked on to
Progress and Transfers – shows the swimmers progress through the level, and when they are ready to transfer to the next stage
Change Day/Time – the place to go to if you wish to change the day/time and location of your lesson. However, if you cannot see the day you wish to change to please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Health Questions – to be completed for any conditions, to assist the teachers to support the swimmers to each individuals needs
Payment History – shows any previous payments made
Award History – shows all awards the swimmer has achieved.
Once you have accessed one area of the dashboard, to return to the main dashboard you will need to click on ‘Manage My Courses’.
We would like the Emergency contacts and Health question sections completed prior to the commencement of the course – the Emergency contacts will only be accessed should the need arise, any medical information is only accessible to the parent, myself and the teacher of the swimmer at the time of the lesson.
To see which class the swimmers are booked on to, you will need to click on the ‘My Enrolled Courses’ box, and then select the lesson – this will bring up all the details of the class (Day/time/location/lesson dates)
If you wish to change the day/time/location of the lesson, you need to:
If you need a specific day you can select and filter by the day, alternatively you can look through the list of all availability.
There should be a pop-up box appear confirming the transfer is completed.
